Optimization problems- Interactive Online Platforms – Problem solving exercises were made interactive using Excel, by exploring different real-life scenarios and experiment with various Operations Research models.  

Project Management - Collaborative learning – Students were required to work together in groups or teams to solve Operations Research problems. This encouraged discussions, brainstorming sessions, and peer-to-peer teaching. This was intended to enhance critical thinking, communication skills, and teamwork among students. 

Technology integration - Leverage technology tools and software relevant to Operations Research, such as statistical packages, and data visualization tools. Taught students how to use tools like MS Excel effectively, enabling them to analyze and solve complex problems efficiently.
