Developing Teams and Effective Leadership

Team Building – Role play to show stages of a team. 

Enhancing Team Performance – Team games to understand how to collaborate and work together towards a common goal. 

Stress Management – Use of case study to understand stressors, consequences of stress and stress management techniques. 

Time Management – game to help students prioritize and score as many points as possible within the time given to complete the task. 

Persuasion – Students are asked to create advertisements to convey persuasive social messages. Debates are also conducted as a part of persuasion. 

Power & Negotiation – Negotiation scenarios given to students which they have to enact, using the principles learnt. 

Virtual Teams – Reading and summarizing a research paper on the topic.
